Busa Enem is a diligent and dedicated professional experienced in discovering and analyzing legal issues. He is an articulate and persuasive legal practitioner with strong and effective communication, leadership and interpersonal skills.

Busa primary area of practice is litigation in diverse range of areas, which includes Commercial Law ICT/communications, Media Law, Maritime Law, Aviation Law, Property, Family and criminal law. He provides advice to clients on various legal issues and defends businesses and individuals involved in civil, administrative or criminal investigations or proceedings.

Busa has worked for various clients who include multi-national & national companies. He has appeared for various clients in all superior courts of records in Nigeria, including the supreme Court of Nigeria.

Busa Inem has substantial experience in all areas of trial and appellate litigation, including numerous court trials and appellate practice.

▪Advised a popular ICT company on use of virtual currency/cryptocurrency as payment mechanisms and its implications in Nigeria
▪Participated in two N4B (CBN CACS facility) debt recovery litigation on behalf of a commercial bank
▪Advised a shipping company on Trip time charter agreements and the need to avoid ambiguities in amendments made to standard time charterparty forms
▪Successfully defended several accused persons in criminal proceedings at various levels
▪Prepared several briefs of argument for use in the Supreme Court of Nigeria
